Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati) won the Argentinian GP to become leader of the MotoGP World Championship, after a crash for Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati). Johann Zarco (Ducati) and Álex Márquez (Ducati) accompanied him on the podium at Termas de Río Hondo.
Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha), Jorge Martín (Ducati), Jack Miller (KTM), Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha), Luca Marini (Ducati), Álex Rins (Honda) and Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati) completed the Top 10 in Argentina.
The next round of the MotoGP World Championship will be in two weeks’ time, with the Grand Prix of the Americas at COTA (Austin).
Repsol Honda Team to return in Austin
The Repsol Honda Team riders did not participate in the MotoGP race in Argentina. Marc Márquez underwent surgery earlier this week for a fractured first metacarpal in his right hand, after suffering a crash in the Portuguese GP and Joan Mir suffered a crash of his own in the sprint race on Saturday.
