In addition to the individual protective equipment (PPE) used by each Repsol Honda member, the energy company have provided hydroalcoholic gel to all members of the team. This gel has been produced at the Repsol Technology Lab, the same centre where the fuel used in competition is manufactured to power the Honda RC213V during Grands Prix.
Marc and Álex Márquez starred in a tutorial on how to create their own hydrogel at home during the lockdown period. Repsol have made this same gel available to the entire team in order to disinfect both their hands and objects inside and outside the garage.
In this way, Repsol are contributing to the protection of all team members from day one of the 2020 MotoGP season.
