In the team’s second year, the legendary Mick Doohan stood atop the podium in Jerez. It was the dawn Repsol Honda era.
Crivillé 1997
Àlex Crivillé arrived at the Jerez track in top form, winning in ‘97. This was where the legendary Spanish rider began to write his story.
Crivillé 1998
Reaffirming his dominance on the track after his first victory in Jerez in 500cc, Crivillé was back on top of podium the very next year.
Crivillé 1999
A third consecutive victory for Àlex in what would be his golden year. He would ultimately go on to win the World Championship with Repsol Honda, becoming the first Spanish motorcycling world champion in the highest category.
2002 Rossi
In the first year of MotoGP, the victory in the Spanish GP also went to Repsol Honda—thanks to Valentino Rossi.
2003 Rossi
The Italian rider proved his dominance of the track, taking first place for the second consecutive year with the team.
2008 Pedrosa
In his third year on the Repsol Honda Team, Dani Pedrosa was first on the podium of the Spanish GP—the first victory of several to come.
2012 Stoner
Casey Stoner had already given us a spectacular World Championship with Repsol Honda in 2011. One year later in Jerez, he clinched an irrefutable victory.
2013 Pedrosa
Pedrosa made it to the top of the podium for a second time in this Gran Prix. Keep it up, Dani!
2014 Márquez
In Marc Márquez’s second year in MotoGP he had already became a world champion. Marc would go on to win his second world title with an incredible 13 victories over the course of the season. The first victory in Jerez was a special one.
2017 Pedrosa
Good things come in threes! Dani came to Jerez hungry for a big win and notched a perfect Gran Prix from start to finish: the best times, pole position, fastest lap in race, and… the victory! This was the team’s 11th win in Jerez, making it the track where the team has enjoyed the most victories.
2018 Márquez
The pilot from Cervera keeps adding numbers by winning the team’s 12th victory at the andalusian track. Successes in Jerez for Repsol Honda have all but ended, they’re bound to keep winning in the future!
2019 Marc Márquez
Number 93 has done it once again, obtaining a victory in his home track. With this, Team Repsol Honda has achieved a total of 13 wins, being the most succesful team on the spanish circuit.
